We keep this simple. Here's exactly what we collect when you share feedback and claim a voucher — and nothing more.
What we collect
When you fill in the feedback form we store your answers about the gelato, the email address you give us for the voucher, and later the voucher's usage (whether and when it was redeemed). We also note which QR code or link you arrived from, so we know where our scoops are being enjoyed.
Why we collect it
Two reasons only: to improve the next batch of tea-infused gelato, and to deliver your voucher by email. Your feedback genuinely shapes what we make next.
Marketing is optional and separate
Sending your voucher by email is one choice. Hearing about future pop-ups and offers is a completely separate, optional one. We never pre-tick these boxes, and we'll only send occasional updates if you asked us to. You can opt out at any time.
How long we keep it
Feedback and voucher records are kept for up to 12 months, which lets us track seasonal flavors and honour vouchers within their validity. After that, records are removed or anonymised.
Removing your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Just email anyentealato@gmail.com from the address you used, and we'll take care of it promptly.
